This will be two hours of
good, old fashioned yoga from the Raja Yoga
tradition (Royal 8-limbed path as outlined in
Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras), including
pranayama, chanting, asana, mudra, brief
seated meditation and more.
You’ll get all the intelligent sequencing,
challenging asana, technique and creativity
that you’ve come to expect from Liz; with more
time for practicing, learning, and
incorporating philosophical and other aspects
of the yoga tradition. This
practice is suitable for anyone with some yoga
experience, a sense of adventure and a desire
to learn about yoga.

Tripsichore
Immersion!
12 classes, 6 weeks, 24 hours of
instruction

Join
me for this 6 week, 12 class
intensive reviewing the
Tripsichore sequences. Classes
will be held Tuesday/Thursday
5:45-7:45pm starting January
15th. There is only room for 12,
so sign up early!! In this
intensive, we will run through
the entire Tripsichore regular
practice. There will be time to
stop and work on the difficult
transitions and poses and we
will run through the sequences
and then use the time to
workshop everything from the
specific Ujjayi breathing
method, forearm and supreme
balances
and
lifts, leg variations, backbends
and kickovers. No need to be
intimidated- it's okay if you
cannot YET do these things- this
is the place you will LEARN!
